EXPRESS SHIPPING

We offer 2-DAY UPS Express (typically within 2 days but it's not guaranteed; we are at the mercy of UPS and the elements). Express orders will be fulfilled the next business day (e.g. If order is made on Saturday, it will be fulfilled Monday). If the express order is made after 2PM EST on a business day, it will not be fulfilled until the following day.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Subject to the requirements listed in this policy below, within thirty (30) days of purchase of a Maia®, it may be returned for a refund of the price paid for it. The refund excludes any amounts paid for tax, shipping, and handling.

To begin the return process, you must send an email to info@pippysips.com (“the 30-Day Return Email”) with the words “30-Day Return” in the subject line. The 30-Day Return Email must include (1) the date of purchase of the Maia® being returned; (2) the name of the person who purchased the Maia® being returned; and (3) a picture of the Maia® you received, in completely disassembled form so that we can see in one electronic file the Storage Bottle, the Puck, the Thermo-Lid, the Adapter, and the top and bottom of the Shell.

Please note that all of the Maia® components and accessories must be returned to Pippy Sips LLC, and all must be damage-free, defect-free and otherwise in working order, to receive a refund under the 30-Day Return policy. You are encouraged to, but need not, return the fully assembled Maia® and the Adapter in the cylindrical box in which you received them, as opposed to some other packaging.

We’ll process requests for a refund under this return policy within thirty (30) days of receipt of and inspection of the returned Maia®, provided all of the requirements set forth above have been satisfied. Notwithstanding all of the foregoing, Pippy Sips LLC reserves the right to reject the requesting party’s eligibility for a refund under this policy if the company determines, in its sole discretion, that the refund is being requested in order to harm Pippy Sips LLC, or for some other improper purpose.

90-DAY RETURN POLICY

Subject to the requirements listed in this policy below, within ninety (90) days of purchasing a Maia®, you can, under certain conditions, exchange it free-of-charge for a new one. The conditions permitting replacement are limited to these:

The Thermo-Lid is defective, meaning (1) the display does not reveal a temperature value or warning message (“hot” or “brr”) when properly activated, or (2) the display is not showing all segments of the temperature value or warning message when properly activated (e.g., one of the six segments forming the number “0” is not showing)

The Thermo-Lid’s LCD screen is visibly cracked

Any of the components contains a visible dent or scratch measuring in excess of one eighth of one inch (1/8“)

The product wobbles when placed upright on a flat, level surface

The Shell makes a ‘rattling’ sound when shaken without anything housed inside

The cooling Puck contains no, or a negligible amount of, liquid. This may be determined by shaking the Puck in its unfrozen state to detect moving liquid inside. Note: Do not remove the silicon pad at the bottom of the Puck or you will not be eligible for a new Maia® under the 90-Day Exchange policy.

To begin the process of receiving a replacement under this policy, you must send an email to info@pippysips.com (“the 90-Day Exchange Email”) with the words “90-Day Exchange” in the subject line. The 90-Day Exchange Email must include as an attachment a high-quality image or video file demonstrating that a Maia® component suffers from one of the conditions listed above. The 90-Day Exchange Email must also include an image of the Maia® you received, in completely disassembled form so that we can see in one electronic file the Storage Bottle, the Puck, the Thermo-Lid, the Adapter, and the top and bottom of the Shell. All of those components and accessories must be returned to Pippy Sips LLC to receive a replacement under the 90-Day Exchange policy. You are encouraged to, but need not, return the fully assembled Maia® and the Adapter in the cylindrical box in which you received them, as opposed to some other packaging.

We’ll process your request for a replacement in a commercially reasonable amount of time after receiving the returned Maia® and verifying through our internal inspection the presence of one of the conditions required for use of the 90-Day Exchange policy, provided that all of the requirements described above have been satisfied.
